Cauane Blumenberg becomes a collaborating professor at the PPGEpi from UFPel

Starting in April 2022, Cauane Blumenberg will work as a collaborating professor at the Post-Graduate Program in Epidemiology from the Federal University of Pelotas. The distinction came after 11 years of work in the program, where Cauane Blumenberg started as a developer, became a database manager, then a data scientist, post-doc, researcher, and now collaborating professor.

Cauane will contribute to some courses from the post-graduate program, including Statistics (III and IV), Multilevel Models, and Analyzing Health Inequalities.

2nd LATAM REDCapCon

The 2nd LATAM REDCapCon starts in two weeks, occurring from March 3rd to March 5th. Several Brazilian and international speakers will attend, including some of the REDCap developers. This is a unique opportunity of networking and learning with people that have been working with this powerful tool for a long time.

Research Methodology and Scientific Writing course

Starting in the 2nd October 2020, the course Research Methodology and Scientific Writing will be conducted by professors from the Federal University of Uberlândia (Brazil) and by invited professors. The length of the course is two months, and will cover several aspects related to research methodology. It is an introduction, aimed at undergraduate students.
